I’d met Lisa through a Facebook group and we’d had a couple of really good conversations. I then joined her group and was impressed by Lisa’s kick ass, take no BS attitude and how she got things done. So, when Lisa announced the course I jumped at it. I knew it would be amazing and I did have a business query that I hoped it would address.
The point of it was to examine your strengths, weaknesses, what you’d loved and hated about previous employments or businesses, courses, voluntary work etc. and come up with an idea for a business that would fit you perfectly. Something that you could be confident you’d love working on as you’d already identified what did and didn’t fit your personality. It was a lot of work, but the schedule meant that you maintained momentum and really thought about nothing else.
I joined with a specific purpose. I already knew that I wanted to create a business around a membership website, but I had absolutely no idea what that website was going to be about. I was hoping that it would give me some ideas and it didn’t disappoint. I had a moment of inspiration on Day 4 and the answer came to me. I was surprised at how how enlightening it was. No coach I’ve ever worked with has been so effective at identifying what business would work for me.
