We’ll start you off with some washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, coffee and tea. Feel free to use whatever is there.

Dining area with table and four chairs.

One bedroom with new double Ikea bed with no-roll-together mattress and under-bed storage, chest of drawers, double wardrobe. bedside lamp. Large windows looking onto real Christmas trees! All bedding included.

Bathroom with shower, large mirror and cabinets. Basic toiletries (enough to start you off), and towels included.

Small room just off the hallway for storing suitcases, rucksacks, snow boots, skiing equipment, etc.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a pretty apartment building on a quiet street, an 11 minute walk to Coworking Bansko, and about a 15 minute walk to the gondola (ski lift).

There’s a local corner shop a 2 minute walk around the corner, and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. It’s a 7 minute walk to Pirin Street, the main shopping street running the length of Bansko, where you’ll find all the gift shops, skiing/snowboarding equipment places, bike hire shops, tour/excursion companies, clothes stores, and plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants running the length of it, with the Old Town, the Sunday morning fruit and vegetable market, and the bus and train stations at the bottom, and the larger restaurants, bars and general “tourist noise” at the top.

PLEASE NOTE

Although everything is functional, some of the decor is a bit shabby, for example, the curtains are pretty old, some of the trim is missing in the kitchen, and the little stools on the balcony have seen better days (although they’re still fine to sit on). This is normal for Bulgaria and, some would say, part of its charm.
